About Beyond the Basics
Beyond the Basics is a tool for educators who deliver sexual and reproductive health education to 9 to 18 year-olds, containing information on both what to teach and how to teach it. Designed for use in the classroom and in community agencies, Beyond the Basics complements existing programs and curriculum guidelines set by provincial and territorial Ministries of Education. This comprehensive manual is the ideal resource for any educator faced with teaching sexual and reproductive health education - for the first time or the 100th time.
